Fintown: Steady Growth and Foundation for the Future

2024 was a defining year for Fintown.
We strengthened our business model, expanded our loan portfolio, and reinforced our foundation for long-term development.

  • Customer deposits reached EUR 10.7 million, reflecting the strong trust and loyalty of our investors.

  • Total assets stood at EUR 10.9 million, with the majority represented by our loan portfolio — the core of our business.

  • Net interest margin: 14%, confirming the efficiency and resilience of our model.

Although we recorded a -EUR 0.29 million equity at year-end due to early-stage investments and one-time expenses, we view 2024 as a key building phase. Investments in marketing and technology have set the stage for expansion and continued delivery of solid results for our investors.

Vihorev Group: Strength, Expansion, and Vision

The Vihorev Group Annual Report 2024 reflects a year of strategic development, successful project completions, and preparation for future growth.

In 2024, Vihorev Group:

  • Completed two landmark projectsHonest Karlín and Honest Říčany.

  • Initiated major acquisitionsZbraslav and Michle, marking the start of the next growth phase.

  • Improved consolidated results, with group net value growing from CZK 280 million to 606 million, while maintaining a healthy LTV ratio of 61%.

  • Tripled Fintown’s raised capital, integrating fintech innovation with real estate development.

An independent audit by Ing. Blanka Jindrová (License No. 1284) confirmed that the financial statements of Vihorev Investments SE present a true and fair view of the company’s financial position in accordance with Czech accounting regulations.

Looking Ahead

Both Fintown and Vihorev Group enter 2025 with strong momentum.
With new projects such as The Seed (Costa Rica) and Park Vista (Prague), our focus remains on delivering secure, high-yield investment opportunities backed by transparency and professionalism.
