Fintown in Numbers
Four years after launching Fintown, more than €30 million has been invested through the platform.
Over this period, we have paid investors more than €3 million in interest and returned over €12 million in principal.
Today, Fintown has more than 6,000 registered investors, with Assets Under Management of approximately €18 million.
Where Investors’ Capital Is Today
A significant part of the current Fintown portfolio is allocated to completed and operating rental properties that generate ongoing cash flow.
The remaining part is invested across development projects at different stages of execution.
In the Investor Update, we explain how the portfolio is currently structured, provide updates on the progress of these assets, and outline the expected repayment timelines and upcoming milestones.
Prague Real Estate Market

In 2025, residential property prices in the Czech Republic increased by an average of 10.6%, while Prague welcomed a record 8.27 million visitors.
