The third quarter of 2025 brought strong momentum to our development projects, rental operations, and Fintown platform upgrades. From major milestones at The Seed to improved platform performance, here’s an overview of what was achieved.
• Stage 2 fundraising launched with a €2M target
• Second land plot secured, expanding the project to 38,000 m²
• Final layouts completed
• Preparing documentation for the construction permit
• Earthworks and foundation formation are nearly complete
• Next phase: structural reinforcements and establishing the base of the first floor
• Vertical construction continues in cooperation with Metrostav
• Nearing completion of the 4th floor
• All key infrastructure permits secured, including gas, water, electricity, and roads
• Advancing toward the construction permit phase
Our rental properties continue to deliver consistent results through strong demand and stable long-term occupancy.
• Honest Smíchov: 85% occupancy, ADR €81+
• Honest Karlín: 86% occupancy, ADR €86
• Honest Říčany: 96% occupancy — the strongest quarter to date
Each property recorded high tenant satisfaction and stable income generation.
We launched a new structure — Development with Quarterly Payments, offering two options:
• 11% p.a. with quarterly interest payouts
• 13% p.a. with interest and principal paid at term end
• Faster loading speeds, especially for users with larger portfolios
• More stable system performance overall
• Accrued Bonuses now convert to Available Bonuses daily after the initial 12-month period
