Welcome to Stage 2 of The Seed project. Earlier this year, we successfully raised capital to acquire land in Uvita, Costa Rica. The acquisition has been completed, and all supporting documentation has been shared with our investors. In addition, Vihorev Group has secured an adjoining land plot to strengthen and expand the initial development vision. At present, The Seed is in the project documentation phase, with preparations underway to apply for a construction permit. Once obtained, this will mark the official start of the development phase.

The Seed is envisioned as a modern residential community designed to blend contemporary living with the natural beauty of Costa Rica’s Pacific coast. The project will include villas, townhouses, and apartments surrounded by lush landscapes, with an emphasis on sustainability, quality design, and a lifestyle concept that combines comfort, nature, and investment potential.

Product Development Quarterly

New Product – Quarterly Interest Payments

This is a new investment product on the Fintown platform.

Previously, our development projects offered a structure where both interest and principal were paid at the end of the investment term. With this product, we are introducing greater liquidity for your investments by providing Quarterly Interest Payments.

From the start of your investment, interest will accrue and be paid out every three months throughout the 24-month period. At the end of the term, you will receive your full principal repayment along with the final interest payment.

As always, you can choose to reinvest your interest directly through the platform or withdraw it to your bank account, giving you flexibility in managing your cash flow.
